Ross Island was the administrative headquarters of the British during their rule over the Andaman and Nicobar Islands from 1858 to 1941. Moving forward to North Bay Island, also known as coral island of Port Blair. Known for its pristine beaches, clear waters, and diverse marine life. One can indulge in various water sports activities on the island such as scuba diving, snorkeling, sea walking etc. A Lighthouse is located at North Bay Island.
